Welcome to my site. I`ve tried to gather a little bit of information about myself, my music and other stuff. This is a site for you who like to hire a one man band to a party, or if you are just a musician who likes to look at my stuff, that’s ok:-)
When I was 14, my brother asked my parents for a guitar for Christmas, and, as I did not have any particular requests for Santa that year, I got one as well.
🎸 Party Troubadour with Over 30 Years of Experience – and a Black Guitar That Started It All!
When I was 14, my brother wished for a guitar for Christmas. I hadn’t really asked for anything – but suddenly I found myself unwrapping a natural-finish Montana guitar. The problem? It wasn’t black. And everybody knows a black guitar is way cooler. After some stubborn teenage persuasion, it got swapped. That small victory marked the start of a musical journey that’s been going strong for more than three decades.
At first, it was just simple songs in my bedroom, but soon I was able to play tunes that could light up an entire garden party – for a grand fee of 300 kroner (my very first paid gig back in 1995!). From there, the road opened up: I’ve played everything from cozy gatherings to large concerts, joined forces with local musicians, won cultural competitions, and even fronted a horn-section rock band.
Along the way, I’ve traveled the world and picked up guitars from India, China, and New York. Still, my most trusted companions on stage are my Ovation, my Yairi, and of course, that very first Montana that’s been with me through festivals, cabin trips, and countless gigs.
